STANDARD DELIVERY at £25.00 ex VAT...
We deliver using a nationwide courier and as
standard all banner stand orders will shipped
on a next working day delivery unless otherwise
stated by ourselves or requested by you. We
deliver to most Mainland UK addresses with some
exceptions, please check.
Please
note a next working day delivery is
ANY TIME between 09:00 and 17:50, exludes
weekends and requires a signature.
You MUST supply us
with the following delivery info:
> A FULL MAINLAND UK POSTAL ADDRESS inc post
code
> A CONTACT NAME
> The CONTACT'S PHONE NUMBER
Failure to supply a full or correct postal
address may delay the delivery process of your
goods beyound that as agreed and therefore it
is your responsibility to provide us with the
required information. No liability can be take
in this instance.

- DAMAGES...
If
your delivery arrives and the packaging is damaged
in any way, you MUST write on the drivers paperwork,
RECEIVED DAMAGED. Inspect the items immediately
(in front of the driver) and if the goods inside
are damaged you
MUST notify us in writting only
and we must receive your notification at our
office no later than three days from receipt
of goods.
All goods signed for with no note of DAMAGE
on the drivers paperwork will mean that no replacement
item(s) can be issued and in these circumstances
any replacement charges apply to you.

- LIABILITY...
Please
be aware, if you goods fail to be delivered
in time for an important event or exhibition,
Pier Design can not and will not be held responsible
for any costs assocoiated with the no show of
goods, as a third party have been assigned such
deliveries. You are strongly advised
to either make your own collections if time
is a key factor or start the project within
the lead times stated.
